Required Qualifications&nbsp; 1. Bachelors degree in Nursing&nbsp;
2. BLS/AHA CPR certification or higher (ACLS/PALS)
3. Tennessee RN License (or immediately eligible)
4. 3 years recent clinical experience serving a diverse population
5.&nbsp; Masters degree in Nursing preferred
6.&nbsp; Higher Education experience beneficial
 Doctorate preferred.

Job Title: Workforce Training Adjunct Instructor of Industrial Electricity
Campus Location:&nbsp;Workforce Training Greeneville Campus (Employees are assigned to a “home” location but may occasionally or regularly be required to work at other WSCC locations.)
Job Purpose:&nbsp;The overall purpose of this position is to provide industrial electricity training for troubleshooting problems of the kinds likely to be experienced in an industrial environment. This job may provide training or troubleshooting as it relates to PLC support and/or programming (if applicable).
Essential Job Functions:
<ul>
<li>Teach industrial electricity / PLC troubleshooting courses. Courses are offered primarily for conventional in-person classes with potential for some Hybrid or Desktop Video Courses through Microsoft Teams, Zoom or other technology.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Prepare or review course syllabi or develop customized outlines for business and industry customers as needed.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Perform required training for adjunct and work within institution’s policies and procedures.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Deliver training programs in accordance with applicable standards for industry recognized credentials. Curriculum may be changed based upon review and feedback.&nbsp;</li>

Required Qualifications:

<li>Associate’s Degree or Technical Certifications in Technical education or industrial maintenance or engineering technologies from an accredited institution.

<li>Position requires advanced level of industrial electricity troubleshooting experience within industrial maintenance or engineering installation. 
</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience with industrial electricity related devices such as PLC units, production lines, robotics, etc.

<li>Collaborate collegially with faculty, administration and staff to support the students, strategic plan, goals and business operations of the college; Work collegially as part of both discipline-specific and multidisciplinary teams</li>
<li>Stay abreast of current developments in the teaching discipline including scholarship, creative research, disciplinary and interdisciplinary activities that focus on the boundaries of knowledge, community-based scholarship, creative activities, and the development of cutting-edge teaching approaches</li>
