As the costume design sewing associate, you will work on assigned costumes by hand or machine while maintaining a clean and safe workspace and assisting in fitting, stitching, or other assigned costume duties. In this role you will maintain and alter costumes; maintain storage; and assist students during productions with fabric preparation, pattern layout and marking, garment assembly, and pressing while demonstrating industrial sewing, hand sewing, and fine finishing techniques. You will support SCAD film and television productions. Alongside other production design professors, you will help curate a display for Crites Hall with remarkable 3D models, posters, and sketches. Professor, Interior Design

As the talent coordinator, you will be responsible for uploading candidate documents into the SCAD jobs system and attaching documentation to candidates’ applications, assisting with coordinating interviews and securing travel arrangements, and distributing interview itineraries. In this position you will manage the <a href="mailto:scadhr@scad.edu" target="_blank">scadhr@scad.edu</a> and <a href="mailto:scadfaculty@scad.edu" target="_blank">scadfaculty@scad.edu</a> email inboxes, ensure timely completion of background and reference checks, and work with compensation staff to obtain employment agreements for new faculty, notifying recruiters when the agreement is executed.In the role of talent coordinator, you will receive signed employment agreements and related paperwork, draft and send offer letters, manage the sign-on bonus process, submit forms for payment of invoices, reconcile purchases and expenses, and maintain budget spreadsheets to track expenses and prepare reports when requested.&nbsp;You will be expected to prepare appropriate forms to ensure the timely fulfillment of candidate payments and job postings, issue thank you letters for the faculty referral bonus program, coordinate bonus payments with the payroll department, and track new and replacement headcount requests while maintaining the faculty and staff open position spreadsheet.&nbsp;The ideal candidate must be able to update the HR recruiting coordinator manual, provide administrative support for the faculty and staff recruiting team, and maintain confidentiality in all manners.
