Responsible for all communications and coordination between the plant and other areas of Campus Services.&nbsp;</li><li>Supervises, directs, assigns and coordinates work of the Chiller Operators, including work assignment and scheduling of staff. Monitors team productivity and provides constructive feedback, mentorship, and disciplinary action when needed.
