These duties include but are not limited to: working on door closers, hinges and doors, installing sheetrock, changing filters, greasing pumps, cleaning coils, changing belts, greasing and changing bearings, servicing pumps &amp; motors, repairing toilets &amp; sinks, and servicing/maintaining/tracking equipment and inventory relevant to the department.
