Title: RCAM Study Center Support (Part-time/Temporary)

Job Summary
The part time RCAM Study Center Support position will assist with scheduling labs, proctoring exams, training material selection and orientation. This position reports to the Executive Director of Economic and Workforce Development.
Job Duties
• Maintain digital records management system.
• Conduct orientation sessions during each term.
• Assist students with on-line computer training and with proper selection of course materials which supports training.
• Check out/check in training materials.
• Develop student progress report.
• Assist with coordinating and communicating with industrial personnel.
• Proctor student testing.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervision.&nbsp;
Minimum Qualifications
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li>
<li>At least 6 months of experience working with students in a training support role such as scheduling, selecting training materials, presenting program orientations, or administering online testing. 
</li>
</ul>
Preferred Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Associate degree from an accredited institution.</li>
<li>Working knowledge of D2L or similar learning management system.</li>
<li>At least 1 year of professional customer service experience.</li>
<li>Conversational ability or fluency in a second language. 
</li>
</ul>
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
<ul>
<li>Technology Skills: MS Office suite; videoconferencing software; digital records management systems; general operating systems and data information systems</li>

Job Summary: &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; This is a part-time, support position reporting to the Student Services Coordinator and provides office and clerical support for effective, efficient, and successful operation of the front office.
Job Duties:

<li>Serves as Office Receptionist and answers/appropriately handles/routes telephone calls.</li>
<li>Provides outstanding customer service to faculty, staff, students, and the general public.</li>

<li>May perform other duties as assigned.</li>

Minimum Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma or equivalent.</li>
<li>Attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills are required.</li>
<li>Must be able to maintain confidentiality and have a strong work ethic.</li>
<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.</li>
