The position of Health Professions Grant Coordinator is a grant funded, part-time position with the major responsibilities of creating, implementing, monitoring and evaluating outcomes of programming designed to increase community awareness and participation in health behaviors to decrease the spread of COVID-19 and like illness. As an innovator in the field, the Coordinator will employ relevant pedagogy and engage the community in establishing programming that promotes increased understanding of causes, transmission, and health prevention strategies around various communicable diseases. As a manager of the program, the Coordinator will compile and analyze data on programming and create reports to be submitted to funder as required by the timeline.

POSITION SUMMARY Serves as the primary point of contact for basic administrative, instructional and facilities support for evening operations at the Dickson Campus. Acts as an evening resource for faculty, staff and students and responds to emergencies during evening hours.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Is the principal point of contact for evening operations. Facilitates the use of campus facilities during evening hours. Acts as a liaison between campus director, faculty, staff and students to facilitate evening operations. Ensures that the campus is supervised and high traffic areas are overseen during evening hours.
In the event of an emergency during evening hours of operation, executes campus emergency procedures and communicates with various college personnel and/or external agencies as the situation and/or protocols warrant. General Function:&nbsp;
EMT-Basic Instructor/Coordinator shall mean an individual responsible for the overall coordination of the EMT-Basic Program. The individual shall act as a liaison between faculty, the sponsoring agency, students, the local medical community and the Division of Emergency Medical Services. The individual is also responsible for the delivery of didactic material, demonstration of the psychomotor skills, verification of skill proficiency, and the recruitment and continued development of faculty to meet the needs of the institution.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Associate degree from a regionally accredited institution.
2. Currently licensed as a Tennessee EMT-Paramedic, without history of revocation, denial, or suspension of licensure.
3. Experience. Pre-Hospital: Minimum of two years practicing in the pre-hospital environment or one hundred fifty (150) hours of EMS instruction acceptable to the Board. Administrative: Minimum of one year in EMS educational administration.
4. Completion of an EMS Board-approved Instructors’ course.
5. The provisions of subparagraph (a) shall not apply to any EMT-Basic Instructor/Coordinator authorized by the Division prior to July 1, 2001.
&nbsp;Authorization Renewal shall be contingent upon:
1. Assisting with at least seventy-five (75) hours instruction (EMT-Basic or EMT-IV or EMT-I or EMT-P) on an annual basis.
2. Maintaining current Tennessee licensure as an Emergency Medical Technician Paramedic.
3. Maintaining current CPR instructor endorsement.

SUMMARY:&nbsp;Westminster-Canterbury on Chesapeake Bay (WCCB) is building a new independent senior living tower in Virginia Beach with 226 residential units and is seeking a Personalization Specialist to assist future residents choose their home finishes and upgrades. We expect this team member to have the drive and dedication to learn and grow within our growing organizationPOSITION SUMMARYThe Personalization/Design Specialist will handle all details of future resident finish selections for the Bay Tower Expansion:<ul><li>Manage the personalization process from beginning to end—including developing relationships with future residents, providing support and feedback throughout their decision-making process</li><li>Reach-out to future residents to schedule their Personalization appointment(s) and provide them with selection choices.</li><li>Present selection choices that are available, upgrades and cost estimates for any changes or upgrades chosen. Assist them with color pallet choices and finishes based on their expressed tastes and preferences.</li><li>Coordinate with the project manager on customization requests, capturing the scope of the request so that the project manager can create a cost estimate.</li><li>Conduct follow-up Personalization appointment(s) with future residents to ensure timely decisions are made.</li><li>Throughout the personalization process ensure documentation is complete to ensure choices are accurately documented, signed off, etc.</li><li>Communicate with internal and external project team members to ensure all selections are documented on time.</li></ul>The Personalization/Design Specialist will also manage the move-in process for 226 residences in the Bay Tower Expansion., including but not limited to:<ul><li>Create and maintain a move-in master plan and schedule to allow smooth and timely move-ins for the Bay Tower.</li><li>Assist future residents with move-in logistical details and support needed to assure a timely move to the community.</li><li>Work with all future resident’s move-in vendors to assure all WCCB logistics, requirements and processes are adhered to through the move-in process.</li><li>Participates in home turnover and ready process to assure a timely home readiness program. Westminster-Canterbury on Chesapeake Bay&nbsp;is currently hiring a Connections Program Specialist.Schedule:&nbsp;9-5WHAT YOU WILL DO:&nbsp;Implements and manages the therapeutic recreational needs of the residents participating in the Connections Program, to include physical, social, emotional, vocational, spiritual and cognitive needs, enabling them to function at their highest possible level.
