Job Summary
Under general supervision of the Assistant Director of Recruitment and K-12 Partnerships, the Dual Enrollment Program Specialist oversees the enrollment of high school students to the college’s dual enrollment program. Participates in the generation of funding and resources and in the internal and external promotion and representation of program activities. Provides and/or coordinates advisory and support services to student participants as appropriate to program activities.
Job Duties
<ul>
<li>Develop, implement, and assess a strategic recruitment plan focused on the enrollment of dual enrollment students</li>
<li>Support the continuous growth in recruitment and enrollment of dual enrollment students</li>
<li>Develop and maintain dual enrollment partnerships throughout Shelby and Fayette counties, as well as other school systems</li>
<li>Stay abreast of policies and procedures of the TSAC dual enrollment grant</li>
<li>Maintain the dual enrollment student handbook, as well as the college web page</li>
<li>Counsel prospective dual enrollment students on the admissions requirements and procedures</li>
<li>Serve as the liaison to the academic affairs and finance departments in regards to the dual enrollment academic and billing processes</li>
<li>Advise, investigate, and resolve questions and issues from prospective and admitted dual enrollment students, parents, and the other campus departments about dual enrollment policies and procedures</li>
<li>Update dual enrollment student records as necessary during the certification and registration process</li>
<li>Assist the enrollment services team during peak periods by processing dual enrollment applications and other forms as needed.</li>
<li>Perform other professional duties as assigned</li>
<li>Serve as primary liaison with internal and external constituencies on all matters relating to dual enrollment activities; represents the College with respect to the program activities on a local, regional, and/or national basis</li>
<li>Oversee and/or coordinate the collection, compilation, and analysis of the dual enrollment program activity data; develop, write, edit, and present comprehensive statistical and narrative program reports and evaluations.</li>
<li>Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.</li>
</ul>
Minimum Qualifications
<ul>
<li>A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in higher education, counseling, human services, business, public administration, or related field from an accredited college/university or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 
</li>
<li>One to three years’ customer service work experience with a demonstrated concern for and delivery of exceptional customer support. 
</li>
</ul>
Preferred Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Preferred experience in admissions, records, financial aid, or other related student affairs area within a higher education setting. 
</li>
<li>Prior experience with Ellucian Banner student information system is preferred. 
</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Proficiency with standard office technologies, including Microsoft 365, MS Word, Excel, electronic calendar, instant messaging, information sourcing, etc.

Job Summary
The Career Exploration Lab Coordinator is responsible for supporting students participating in Mobile Learning Lab outreach events sponsored by Southwest Tennessee Community College. The coordinator acts as the Liaison for all issues related to the Career Exploration Lab. In addition to Lab duties, the coordinator will act as the public recruiter for the Career Exploration Lab at Southwest recruitment events, and support lab training.
Job Duties

<li>Maintain scheduling for Career Exploration labs including support staff, locations for recruitment activities, and reporting activities.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain student liaison support for the lab participants&nbsp;</li>
<li>Troubleshoot student issues and provide monitoring support for lab participants.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Develop and manage projects and resources to support promotion and recruitment for enrollment at Southwest Tennessee Community College.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain strategies for supporting Career Exploration Lab enrollments, and reporting progress data to other units in the college to promote student enrollment.</li>

Job Summary
The position of Health Professions Grant Coordinator is a grant funded, part-time position with the major responsibilities of creating, implementing, monitoring and evaluating outcomes of programming designed to increase community awareness and participation in health behaviors to decrease the spread of COVID-19 and like illness. As an innovator in the field, the Coordinator will employ relevant pedagogy and engage the community in establishing programming that promotes increased understanding of causes, transmission, and health prevention strategies around various communicable diseases. As a manager of the program, the Coordinator will compile and analyze data on programming and create reports to be submitted to funder as required by the timeline. 
Job Duties
