The Marketing Lead will be responsible for managing comprehensive, multi-channel, integrated marketing strategies that achieve vital enrollment targets for a portfolio of 20+ professional development programs. This role will develop and drive program marketing plans and campaigns, in collaboration with the relevant stakeholders (including portfolio directors, sales and engagement staff, marketing content managers, faculty, and alumni) and manage contractors and vendors assigned to the campaigns. The Marketing Lead ensures that each program in their portfolio has consistent demand generation and enrollment, aligned with the HGSE Professional Education brand and strategies. POSITION SUMMARY The Enterprise Business Analyst (EBA) provides support for Nashville State Community College Technology Services Division (TSD) enterprise projects, possibly supporting several initiatives simultaneously. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborates with technical team members and users to develop business functional requirements and non-functional requirements. Determines business analysis level of effort estimations for any projects. Creates business analysis documents and quality assurances for assigned projects. Collaborates with vendor software developers and technical team members to ensure a shared understanding of the business model and the detailed function requirements.
Elicits and documents functional requirements and test strategies for technical solutions to meet business needs. Establishes the estimation of requirements documentation and testing efforts for various projects and initiatives. Top priorities include:<ul><li>Fostering the College’s vision, mission, values, goals, and agenda within the department and align the department’s focus and activities with the College's strategic priorities</li><li>Working across interdisciplinary teams to develop curriculum integrating osteopathic principles across all learning modalities: classroom and lab instruction, simulation (working with the Associate Dean of Simulation), ambulatory care, inpatient service</li><li>Recruiting and developing talented physician educators with exemplary teaching, scholarship and practitioner capabilities</li><li>Securing diverse affiliations with clinics, hospitals and healthcare centers to provide robust clinical training environments (working when necessary with the Office of Clinical Affairs).</li><li>Fostering passion for lifelong learning and commitment to underserved communities among trainees</li><li>Building partnerships to increase research capacity and external funding</li><li>Achieving early programmatic accreditation milestones and helping prepare for COCA site visits</li></ul>Education LeadershipAs Chair you will provide vision, oversight and direction for the Department’s teaching and instruction, including:<ul><li>Partnering with the Office of Academic Affairs to provide oversight of curriculum design, delivery, and evaluation to promote program quality, integrity, and continuous quality improvement</li><li>Coordinating teaching assignments for Departmental faculty</li><li>Developing and implementing longitudinal assessment plans from early clinical exposure through core rotations</li><li>Promoting the adoption of innovative, evidence-based instructional methods and technologies</li><li>Participate in the development and delivery of the curriculum and the assessment of student learning</li><li>Supporting development of faculty teaching skills as medical educators and osteopathic role models</li><li>Partnering with stakeholders to facilitate student advising and ensure opportunities for student mentoring, scholarly activity and professional growth</li><li>Ensuring programs meet evolving accreditation and regulatory requirements</li></ul> Strategic Growth &amp; InnovationThe Chair will build and advance Department infrastructure to meet ambitious institutional goals, including:<ul><li>Recruiting and developing exceptional faculty to deliver the curriculum</li><li>Establishing leadership structure, policies and processes</li><li>Diversifying sources of financial support through partnerships, contracts, grants and philanthropy</li><li>Promoting faculty scholarship through mentoring, infrastructure and career development</li><li>Fostering affiliations with teaching hospitals, health centers and medical groups</li><li>Developing continuing professional development offerings</li></ul>Institutional CollaborationAs a member of medical school leadership, the Chair will help shape college initiatives by:<ul><li>Actively participating in school governance, operations and accreditation</li><li>Developing synergies with other department chairs and administrators</li><li>Implementing strategic goals and upholding osteopathic principles</li><li>Advocating for Department priorities and emerging needs</li></ul>BASIC QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>Terminal degree (DO/MD) in requisite area of expertise</li><li>Board certified with clinical expertise in internal medicine, primary care or associated sub-specialties</li><li>10+ years academic medicine experience with progressive leadership</li><li>Subject matter expertise relevant to department focus</li><li>Experience in medical education with progressive leadership experience</li><li>Subject matter expertise in evidence-based osteopathic practice</li></ul>IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS <ul><li>Experience with strategic planning, faculty development, curriculum design, and people management</li><li>Record of effective departmental or program leadership at the graduate or medical education level</li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, budgets, and teams</li><li>Scholarly portfolio and proven external funding record</li><li>Demonstrated teaching excellence</li><li>Excellent people management and consensus-building skills</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills&nbsp;</li><li>Creative problem-solving skills with a solutions-oriented mindset</li><li>Passion for the osteopathic philosophy and promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion</li></ul>Compensation &amp; BenefitsThis opportunity is budgeted at $$175,000-$250,000 base compensation.
