Duties and&nbsp;Responsibilities:
50% Provide recommendations for equipment and supplies as well as receive and stock all skills and simulation labs. Prepping for labs and simulations as well as repackaging of supplies for all three campuses.
20%&nbsp; Follow policies, procedures and practice standards consistent with the center's educational objectives.&nbsp; Collaborate with the Lab Faculty Coordinator, Lab Skills Coordinator, Lab Technical Coordinator and Dean/Director of Nursing to develop and report on the budget for the health science skills and simulation laboratories.
15% Maintain security and integrity of facilities, equipment, and supplies while maximizing their availability for educational exercises. Assist with inventory of supplies and equipment for Health Science programs.
10% Participate in training on Laboratory Safety
5% Participate in training needed to keep software for simulators operational.

<li>Maintain an inventory of equipment, controls storage, repair, and usage of materials to minimize loss or abuse.</li>
<li>Stay connected with business and industry by making a minimum of 5 industry visits each year so that the curriculum can be updated to reflect changes in a high-tech society.</li>
<li>Establish an Occupational Advisory Committee comprised of a minimum of three (5) industry leaders who advise on all aspects of the program and meets once each year.</li>
<li>Maintain COE Completion, Placement and Licensure minimums each trimester.</li>
<li>Keep and share with students continuously updated records of attendance and competencies acquired during their enrollment.</li>
<li>Evaluate each student’s progress at multiple intervals during each trimester and complete permanent records.</li>
<li>Assist, as directed by administration, in follow-up evaluations of graduates and their programs.</li>
<li>Help students, as opportunities become available and known, in job placement for both full-time and part-time employment.</li>
<li>Requisition equipment, supplies, materials, and instructional aides as needed, working within the perimeters of school guidelines and available funds.</li>
<li>Attend and participate in various school functions such as graduation, open houses, and other functions as assigned.</li>
<li>Participate as a member of various faculty/staff committees.</li>
<li>Participate in seminars, workshops, and conferences.</li>
<li>Meet deadlines for yearly mandated training.</li>

Physical Demands and Working Requirements (ADA Requirements):
Walking, climbing, bending, and stooping. Work performed in office, classroom, and shop/lab environments. Position requires the use of a computer.
Salary: $52,500.00-$63,000.00.&nbsp;Commensurate with experience, education, and training according to the Tennessee Colleges of Applied Technology salary guidelines.

Reasoning and personal judgment abilities required in decision-making, advising and assisting students, applying relevant policies, procedures, guidelines, and regulations and performing various tasks.
