Communication and Support:

• Administer the Kahoot! License, serving as a liaison between faculty and Kahoot! Staff.
Organizational Culture &amp; Inclusive Practices:
• Ensure a clean, safe, and orderly environment in the center while operating necessary equipment.

<li>Oversight (certifying, awarding, reconciling, award adjustments, issue resolution, reporting) of the following programs/processes:

<li>Tennessee Student Assistance Award (TSAA)&nbsp;</li>
<li>Federal Supplemental Opportunity Grant (FSEOG)&nbsp;</li>
<li>Student Engagement Reporting</li>
<li>Electronic Consent Monitoring&nbsp;</li>
<li>Resolve student data and suspense files in BANNER Reporting to federal and/or state agencies</li>
<li>Process Athletic scholarships</li>
</ul>
</li>
</ul>
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree Two (2) years of Financial Aid experience, prefer in-depth knowledge of verification, awarding, program information. 
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience with Banner, COD, NSLDS; FAST. 
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ability to work independently and within team environment. Analytical thinking and ability to multi-task. Ability to present Financial Aid information at various events.
