As an exhibitions marketing and communications manager, you will collaborate with a social media strategist to design a content strategy that aligns with university-wide priorities and measurable outcomes. Our curriculum and training opportunities prepare graduates to deliver outstanding professional services emphasizing the ability to understand and work with diverse populations.Position Summary:The position is for an Adjunct Faculty member for the CACREP-accredited Online Clinical Mental Health Counseling (CMHC) program within the Online Counselor Education Department. This position reports to the Associate Department Chair of Counselor Education.Principal Duties:<ul><li>Teach no more than 22 credit hours over the course of a calendar year.</li><li>Teach contracted online courses within the department.</li><li>Adhere to all ethical standards, state laws, and international regulations.</li><li>Demonstrate a commitment to supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion.</li><li>Act in a way that embodies the mission, vision and values of The Chicago School and the CMHC Online program.</li><li>Understand and demonstrate best practices related to clinical training in Counseling.</li><li>Pursue excellence in instruction</li><li>Strong commitment to working as part of a faculty team</li><li>Optional participation in the Counselor Education Online department meetings.</li></ul>Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:<ul><li>Maintain a professional demeanor and conduct oneself in respectful and ethical manner.</li><li>Communicate ideas and information effectively in both verbal and written form.</li><li>Manage one's own time and the time of others effectively.</li><li>Demonstrate and apply telehealth knowledge skills.</li><li>Demonstrate ability to motivate, develop, and direct students through coursework and telehealth modalities.</li></ul>Position Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience teaching in an online environment.</li><li>Licensed as a LPCC, LPC, or LMHC at time of hire and have held a counseling related license continuously for a minimum of 2 years.</li><li>Preferred certification in Board Certified Telemental Health provider (BC –TMH) or willingness to pursue certificate at the time of hire.</li><li>Hold a Doctorate in Counselor Education and Supervision from a CACREP accredited program.</li><li>TCSPP training in online pedagogy (TOPS) or equivalent experience (approved by campus dean).</li></ul>The department seeks an individual who has the ability and interest in contributing to a community committed to student-centeredness, professional development and scholarship, integrity and ethics, respect for diversity and pluralism, innovation, flexibility, and teamwork and collaboration. This position is on ground on the Dallas campus located in Richardson, Texas.Position Summary:The Clinical Psychology&nbsp;department is seeking highly qualified candidates for adjunct faculty positions&nbsp;at our&nbsp;Dallas Campus to teach in our Clinical Psychology (Psy.D.) program.&nbsp; Our faculty members typify a scholar-practitioner model of education to teach doctoral-level psychology courses and integrate technology into classroom instruction.Principal Duties:<ul><li>Design and implement course instruction and provide evaluation of students.</li><li>Maintain communication with department administration, faculty, and students.</li></ul>Position Qualifications:<ul><li>Doctoral degree required in clinical psychology or relevant area of scientific psychology (developmental psychology, social psychology, quantitative psychology/statistics, or experimental psychology).</li><li>Graduate of an APA accredited doctoral program (if degree is in clinical or counseling psychology).</li><li>Certain courses require licensure as a health service psychologist.</li><li>Expertise in one or more of the following areas: Neuropsychology, diversity, social psychology, cognitive psychology, cognitive therapy, and behavioral therapy.</li><li>Successful graduate-level teaching is preferred, but not required.</li><li>Strong commitment to graduate instruction, academic excellence, training effective clinicians, diversity, and community service.</li></ul>The Dallas campus is located in Richardson, TX.
