This position serves as the first point of contact for the majority of general calls and members of the public entering the administration building. This role also serves as the mailroom facilitator for the college.

15% Maintain security and integrity of facilities, equipment, and supplies while maximizing their availability for educational exercises. Assist with inventory of supplies and equipment for Health Science programs.
10% Participate in training on Laboratory Safety
5% Participate in training needed to keep software for simulators operational.

 Required&nbsp;Qualifications: 
<ol>
<li>High School or GED is required.</li>
<li>Associate’s degree in a medical or IT field, or an LPN, or Medical Assistant Certification is strongly preferred.</li>
<li>Experience with equipment, and inventory control preferred.</li>
<li>Technology experience with programming software preferred.</li>
</ol>
6 months of job-related experience is required to perform the job at a competent level. Those skills should include:
<ol>
<li>Knowledge of cleaning and disinfecting processes</li>
<li>Experience in stocking supplies</li>
<li>Experience in programming or maintaining software</li>
<li>Troubleshooting skills.</li>
