AA&amp;D is comprised of the University Development Office (UDO), Faculty of Arts and Sciences (FAS) Development, AA&amp;D Resources, the Harvard Alumni Association (HAA), and the Office of the Vice President (OVP). The Assistant Director is responsible for overseeing and managing a cohort of FAS Development Support Staff (grades 53 and 54). This position ensures FAS frontline officers have the highest level of support while also providing an equitable and uniformly positive working experience in FAS Development for assistants.  • Meet with employers to determine their employees’ training needs, analyze skill gaps, and design customized workforce solutions to meet their needs. Job Summary
The Tennessee Colleges of Applied Technology Jacksboro is accepting applications for the position of Vice President of College and Student Affairs. The Vice President shall be responsible for executing a range of duties in support of the President. Duties will include participation in the analysis of operational data, report generation, participation in institution planning and budgeting activities, supervision of assigned personnel, counseling activities, faculty and curriculum development, facilities maintenance, specialized course management, and marketing the institution. In addition, the Vice President of the College and Student Affairs shall enforce, oversee, and/or implement policies and procedures on a range of student affairs issues such as admissions, attendance, progression, financial aid, and other student services operations. Applicant must have excellent communication and computer skills. The Vice President reports directly to the President.
Job Duties
• Active in the student services and workforce development activities of the College, as well as institutional program and accreditation; grant writing; TBR program proposals; student safety and discipline; maintenance and security programs; capital maintenance; and IPEDS.
• Serves in a supervisory capacity under the direction of the President.
• Assist President with student conduct, attendance, and academic matters when needed.
• Works effectively with Student Services on student development, recruitment, planning and public relations, in addition to coordinating Student Services Banner processes.
• Assist the President in planning, organizing, coordinating, and directing the instructional programs, curriculum development and serves as a program advisory board liaison.
• Serve as COE (Council on Occupational Education) liaison.
• Assist President with evaluation of personnel.
• Assist with establishing relationships with industries and supervise special industry and special interest programs.
• Assists in supervision of instructional programs at extension campuses, planning and implementation of additional satellite campuses, including on-site training in area businesses.
• Assists with the oversite of the evening college programs.
• Performs all other duties assigned by the President.&nbsp;
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required; Master’s degree preferred. • Minimum of 5 years’ work experience in post-secondary career and technical education or related business experience with supervisory responsibility required. • Demonstrated abilities in leadership, human relations, communication skills (written and verbal) and organizational skills. • Evidence of strong work ethic as it relates to decision making, timeliness of reporting, oversight of multiple ongoing projects, and the ability to work with industry/employers. • Evidence of successful administrative experience with budgets, accreditation, grant preparation, reporting, and oversight in an educational environment. 
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree preferred.
Salary: Commensurate with education and experience and according to salary guidelines established by the Tennessee Board of Regents. Small level C Grade 108 has annual salary of $79,432.

Job Summary
Performs general cleaning and maintains grounds of campus facilities for a clean and sanitary facilities for students, faculty, staff, and the general public, on a daily. The shift is from 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Tuesday to Friday and Saturday 7:00 am to 3:00 pm. This schedule is subject to change to meet the needs of the academic class schedule.




Job Duties:
