Director of Operations and Special Projects

As the housekeeper, you will perform cleaning and housekeeping services throughout university facilities to provide a safe, sanitary, and healthy environment for employees, students, and guests. In this role you will report needed repair work to your supervisor in a timely fashion, take inventory and maintain cleaning and janitorial supplies associated with the property, and oversee and participate in the cleaning of the kitchen. Responsibilities include assisting with setting up and serving at events and functions, receiving guests at the door, and assisting management with organizing the staffing schedule(s) and cleaning routine. This position requires you to ensure linens are ready for pick-up and properly labeled, log and separate damaged linens, maintain the working condition of job-related machines, report maintenance concerns, and maintain shelves in an orderly manner. Housekeeper

As an administrative assistant for the student success and advising department, you will receive all incoming calls and determine the most appropriate staff member to address the caller's needs. You will manage the departmental email account and process supply requests via the building's designated supply person to ensure that adequate supplies of all departmental publications are available in the office. You will assist with data entry, generate COGNOS reports, and help advisers create orientation packets for incoming students each quarter. In this role, you are responsible for assisting advisers with event preparation, which includes departmental and student meetings/advisement and reserving event locations.
