Reporting to the Director for Cleanroom Operations, the senior research engineer will perform research design and process verification, laboratory testing, equipment calibration and maintenance, foundry work, and user training to promote semiconductor epitaxial growth research activities related to the metalorganic chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD) systems and other equipment.
