Open Rank in Physical Therapy and Movement Sciences The University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP) College of Health Sciences invites nominations and applications for a full-time Clinical Assistant, Clinical Associate, or Clinical Professor (non-tenure track) position in the Department of Physical Therapy and Movement Sciences (DPT&amp;MS). This is a 12-month (9-month plus 3-month) appointment in the Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program. The successful applicants must be U.S. licensed physical therapist with a clinical doctorate in physical therapy or academic doctorate in physical therapy or a related field, and have expertise in one or more of the following clinical fields: Orthopedics, Geriatrics, Cardiopulmonary, Oncology, Pediatrics, or Gender Health. Job responsibilities will be approximately 60-70% teaching, with the remaining workload split among clinical practice in a pro-bono clinic, some scholarly activity (e.g., grant writing, manuscript submissions, and conference presentations), and service to the program, college, university, community, and profession.
