Reviews, investigates, and corrects errors and inconsistencies in financial entries documents and reports. Determines proper handling of financial transactions. Monitors compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and University policy and procedures. Assists periodically in the preparation of the Annual Financial Report, Operating Budget, and Legislative Appropriation Request. Assists with various special projects as needed. Knowledge of all Microsoft Office software and able to learn and use institutional software systems. Complies with all State and University policies. Manage invoicing and financial reporting for all activities and events. Ensure accurate tracking of financial activity, including reconciliation and conciliation of accounts. Perform forecasts, projections, and budgeting. Maintain checks and balances to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
