The Office of Undergraduate Education is seeking talented educators from all liberal arts disciplines to join their corps of Advising Fellows, pre-major advisors who teach in the&nbsp;Engagements&nbsp;program, the required curriculum for all First-Year Students. Reporting to the Director of Undergraduate Advising, the Advising Fellows provide group and individual advising for first- and second-year students in the College. Fellows assist students in their transition to college, help them develop and practice strategies for academic success, and familiarize them with the array of resources across grounds (career center, study abroad, etc.).
