As a student employment coordinator, you will facilitate students' onboarding and I-9 process completion, meticulously setup and track new positions in JobX and Guardian, and oversee the management of online student employment vacancies. You will act as a department liaison to assist with employment questions and concerns and troubleshoot all student employment timekeeping and payroll discrepancies in the web entry system. Likewise, you will implement file organization and management best practices for materials related to student employment, adhering to federal guidelines and university policies.
