Job Duties:

Reconciles grant funds in Banner. Manages, reconciles, and prepares reports/draw down requests for all financial aid programs, including direct lending, for VSCC. Assists with the preparation of budgets, annual financial statements, schedules and related footnotes for all reporting entities. Prepare the monthly LGIP reconciliation. Assists with the preparation of the annual financial statements and schedules for college and the foundation. Record financial transactions of the foundation, including scholarship billing, in kind gift transactions and monthly investment reconciliations, monthly financial reports and other reports as requested. Works closely with the foundation staff to ensure the accuracy of financial transactions and reporting. Assists with cash management including preparing monthly bank reconciliations for all entities and daily reporting bank balances to relevant parties. Responsible for maintaining the capital asset records, including tagging, depreciation and reporting for all entities. Record Edison entries from TBR. Maintains and reports unclaimed property records. Review and reconcile funds, accounts and programs – especially restricted, agency and foundation funds, correct use of program codes and others as assigned. Reconcile accounts, prepare and post adjusting entries: including year-end allocations, collections awaiting distribution account, review of funds, to correct negative balances and others as requested. Maintains Banner and related reporting systems to assure the systems function properly and accurately. Attends training sessions, tests, and implements new versions of Banner, or other software as needed. On a rotating basis, processes payroll transactions; to include transmitting direct deposit files, printing checks, and remittances and feeding files into the financial system. Minimum Qualifications:

Job Summary

Job Summary
The bursar serves as the operational manager of all billing and cashiering functions for the college. Working collaboratively with the associate vice president of business services and vice president of finance, this position is responsible for the correct billing, collecting, depositing, and/or refunding of all money owed to the college. • Update the CCAMPIS application and participant agreements. • Select and verify participants and ensure proper agreements and paperwork are completed. • Provide non-academic barrier support/resources. • Monitor participants’ academic progress. • Identify and recruit SCC parenting students. • Plan parenting student workshops and events. • Additions to description: • Complete childcare contracts with partnering childcare centers. • Work to facilitate partnering childcare centers improvement (and/or maintenance) of KY ALL-STARS rankings. • Connect with the Early Childhood Education communities within the SCC service area, as well as ECE national news, to remain knowledgeable of (and connected) to the early childhood populace. • Identify and recruit childcare providers for partnership. • Work with other departments and programs to effectively aid parenting students. • Work with SCC’s Marketing team to develop recruitment and event materials. • Publicize CCAMPIS program within SCC student body. • Work with the business office to ensure timely payment of childcare center services. • Facilitation of CCAMPIS budget • Maintain proper paperwork for Annual Reporting to the Department of Education grants specialist. • Perform other duties as assigned. 




Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree (early childhood, counseling, social work, or related field working with parents and children) with a minimum of 3 years' experience providing exemplary care to young children in a certified center or school and 2 years of supervisory or project management experience. &nbsp;

Tennessee College of Applied Technology Knoxville is accepting applications for the position of a part time Dental Assisting Adjunct Instructor. This position would typically work less than 20 hours per week at a rate of $30 per hour. To provide quality instruction for student learning and to maintain a positive learning environment in the classroom.
Job Duties

<li>The Dental Assisting instructor is responsible for teaching all phases of the State of Tennessee Dental Assisting registry curriculum including classroom, clinical and laboratory. - (Essential)</li>

Minimum Qualifications
