Job Summary

Job Duties:

<li>Manage College Schedule, keeping abreast of changing course descriptions, pre-requisites, adding and dropping classes, keeping BSCTC employees informed with accurate information for advising.</li>
<li>Coordinates and schedules all rooms using Archibus for the Prestonsburg, Hager Hill and Mayo campuses.</li>
<li>Enter all room assignments for the academic courses in PeopleSoft for all campuses.</li>
<li>Serve as liaison for universities leasing space, aka Lindsey Wilson.</li>
<li>Calculate overloads for all faculty.</li>
<li>Prepare Payroll Assignments for all adjunct and overload, full-time General Education and Technical Faculty.</li>
<li>Initiating electronic Payroll Assignment forms for faculty each term.</li>
<li>Reconcile adjunct budgets with HR.</li>
<li>Manage Travel and Expenses for Provost budgets lines.</li>
<li>Order necessary supplies.</li>
<li>Reconcile the ProCard statement monthly.</li>
<li>Maintain files, prepare reports, and schedule appointments on behalf of the Provost.</li>
<li>Manage projects in the Provost Office frequently involving senior administrators of the college.</li>
<li>Serve as receptionist for the Provost Office by greeting visitors, answering phone, distributing mail, etc.</li>
