Job Description:POSITION SUMMARY:The Adjunct Faculty - Fieldwork Supervisor at Pacific Oaks College, School of Human Development &amp; Education, mentors and supports student teachers and intern candidates during their fieldwork experiences. Serving as the primary liaison between the college and school site mentor teachers, the Supervisor plays a crucial role in bridging academic learning with practical application. This role focuses on guiding candidates through the practical aspects of teaching while fostering critical reflection on the principles that underpin effective educational practice.SUPERVISION RECEIVED: The incumbent normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work and receives general instructions on new assignments.SUPERVISION EXERCISED:Supervisory responsibilities include guiding and mentoring students, evaluating their academic performance, coordinating course activities, and facilitating discussions.
