Responsibilities include overseeing First-Year Experience courses, participating in SCADbound Summer Experiences to meet with new students and parents before enrollment, and assisting students with all aspects of registration. Regular communication with department chairs and faculty regarding curriculum, course needs, academic policies, and advising procedures is required. Additionally, in this position, you will participate in curriculum and catalog reviews, document student contacts in Salesforce, and coordinate with other offices in student success.The successful candidate will possess an in-depth understanding of academic programs associated with their assigned caseload and a working knowledge of all offered undergraduate programs. The candidate should have excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills. They must also be able to meet deadlines, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Minimum Qualifications:     &nbsp;<ul><li>Bachelor's degree</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:     &nbsp;<ul><li>Master's degree</li><li>Experience in advising, financial aid, or counseling in higher education</li><li>Microsoft Office, Outlook, Banner proficiency</li></ul>Travel Required:&nbsp;&nbsp;<ul><li>  &nbsp;Less than 10%</li></ul>Work Hours: The university work week is Sunday through Saturday.
