Job Duties:
Daily administration and support of Volunteer State Community College’s CRM platform and its users, including but not limited to, managing user security, responding to user requests, and end user support. Keep current on newly released Slate features and tools to routinely assess unused resources and recommend relevant projects and feature enhancements. Work with data management systems to integrate information from outside sources with the CRM. Develop, test, deploy, and maintain ad-hoc communication and communication campaigns to targeted audiences supporting the Enrollment Funnel. Develop, test, deploy, and maintain events inside the CRM to facilitate registration and tracking, and communication for participants in College activities. Create, manage, and refine custom queries, reports, and dashboards. Design, create and maintain forms for the collection of information, custom pages throughout the CRM, applications, and support business processes. Collaborate with relevant departments to setup and maintain Scheduler/Active Scheduler to include customizing the model for each area’s needs and providing training for users. Create and maintain Portals within the CRM to support faculty, staff and student needs throughout all parts of the Enrollment Funnel. Create and maintain documentation on business processes and policies. Manage ongoing maintenance efforts of previously built functionality including but not limited to data sources, prompts, queries, and reports. Serve as the primary point of contact for all escalated Slate questions. Use technical expertise to troubleshoot individual issues that arise. Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and two years of related experience OR Associate’s degree and four years of related experience.
Preferred Qualifications:

Qualifications:&nbsp;
Master’s degree or higher in a qualifying field or Master’s degree or higher with 18 graduate semester hours in any combination of the qualifying fields or Bachelor's degree in a qualifying field with two or more of the following:&nbsp;

• Documentation of professional employment
• Documentation of teaching excellence
Qualifying fields include Business, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Law, Marketing, Management, Statistics, Economics, Logistics/Transportation Management, Supply Chain Management, Global Management, or other related major.

      Adjunct Faculty Pool - Logistics and Supply Chain Management
    

Title: Adjunct Instructor – Healthcare Management, Medical Management Concentration (Pool)
POSITION SUMMARY This position is responsible for delivering quality instruction in an equitable environment.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/TYPICAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Teach courses via on-ground, online and hybrid or web-enhanced delivery modes as assigned. Work with course leads and/or program coordinators to ensure consistent and equitable student experiences. Utilize the College’s learning management system to provide course materials to students. Submit updated department syllabus prior to the first day of class. Regularly check College email account and department mailbox. Respond to emails/messages within 48 hours, except on weekends. Complete all required reports, such as attendance, Early Alerts, student progress reports, grade submissions, and administer and return surveys and student outcome assessments by the deadlines. Submit final grades for each semester by the deadline established by the Registrar. Comply with all College and TBR policies and guidelines.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field Current industry certification Three years of related industry experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or Business Administration with a concentration in Healthcare Administration ICD and CPT coding experience Two years’ college level teaching experience
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Knowledge of and/or experience with a variety of instructional delivery modes, including synchronous and asynchronous online teaching. Ability to communicate effectively and work cooperatively with a diverse student, faculty and staff population. Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
Rate of Pay: $650.00 - $740.00 per credit hour
