Position PurposeThe Associate Vice President of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion serves as the college’s diversity officer (CDO) and provides college-wide leadership for the college’s diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging efforts in support of the college’s mission, values, and strategic framework. The position manages the day-to-day operations of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion department and serves as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and recommendations to administrators, staff, and faculty in the areas of diversity, equity, and intercultural responsiveness.
