The Coordinator Fraternity &amp; Sorority Life will plan and arrange large and small-scale educational, social, volunteer, and recreational programming for students. This Coordinator shall serve as the primary campus advisor to all recognized fraternity and sorority chapters and governing councils. This Coordinator will also coordinate with campus and community departments, upon request, to create outreach programming for off-campus groups, according to university policies and regulations. Schedules events considering such factors such as entertainment policy, budget and facility capacity. Organizes and performs pre and post event setup/tear down. Plan, coordinate, and host chapter advisor meetings. Responsible for crisis management and decision-making with incidents (personal safety, emergency response, etc.) that may occur at meetings and events. Responsible for interpreting policy and determining policy violations. Serves as risk management coordinator for all chapters and councils. Support and plan end of year awards ceremony. Oversee National Panhellenic Council sorority recruitment. Oversee the production of Fraternity and Sorority Life publications with current policies and procedures that align with the Handbook of Operating Procedures and UT System regulations. Revise and update Fraternity and Sorority Life policies/procedures. Organizes required event catering services and room and communication equipment setup. Submits purchase orders and requisitions as necessary. Maintain data and statistics relevant to fraternity and sorority life. Create involvement opportunities for students across campus. Create learning outcomes and assessment tools to measure program effectiveness and knowledge acquisition. Attend weekly leadership team &amp; staff meetings.
